Developmental Disabilities
We provide services to individuals and families through the use of the MR/RC and CADI Waiver Program.
Provide Care, Inc. personnel are highly trained in a wide variety of methodologies to meet the needs of the consumers that enhance quality of life and improve overall functioning.
Our programs are funded through community based waivers, medical assistance, pre-paid medical assistance plans (PMAP), DD, CADI, TBI, AC & EW plans.

Services can be provided at the client’s home, at school, at adult foster homes, and within the community.
