Current Positions
Provide Care Inc. is looking for direct care staff to work with developmentally delayed adults in 4 person Adult Foster Homes. Duties include: medication administration, every day cares i.e. cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, and community activities.Family Based Services
One PT position (28-32 hours per week) in Pine City area. Position will be afternoons during the school year, mainly day hours during the summer months. Must have at least 1 yr. exp. working with teens or adults with disabilities and/or autism.Adult Foster Homes
- One FT “float” position to work in all of our homes located Chisago, Isanti & Pine counties.
Must be flexible and willing to work all shifts including days, afternoons, overnights.
- One PT position in North Branch (1 day during the week + every other weekend.)
- Two PT positions in Wyoming (1 day during the week + every other weekend.)
- Two FT awake overnight positions in Center City (10p-8am includes e/o wknd.)
