Provide Care Inc. began in 1993 as an in-home support service providing care and consultancy for our individuals. In 1995, we leased our first home and began to serve residents full time. We purchased our first home in 1996 and have since added more homes to fulfill the needs of our individuals. Each home is dedicated to providing a safe, stable, comfortable, rewarding place for our individuals to call home.
Through our Adult Day Program and Community Residential Settings, we strive to provide opportunities for our individuals to live as independently in the community as possible. Each individual is different, and our direct support professionals, site coordinators, and recreation coordinators are committed to providing customized care, coaching, activities, and atmosphere that compliment the interests and needs of each person.
