During the day, our individuals will typically be out and about at work, doing an activity, or enjoying our Adult Day Center. In the evenings, nights, and mornings, our Adult Foster Care Homes offer a safe place to live as independently as possible.
Each of our Adult Foster Care Homes reflect its residents’ personalities. We enjoy watching individuals make their space their own. Our direct support professionals and house managers take a relational approach, offering as much support as is needed—up to 24-hour care—helping individuals with cooking, cleaning, daily care, transportation, activities, and—of course—having fun!
Our homes serve individuals from 18 years old to the elderly. We work hard to discern the best home placement for potential residents, and our house managers and direct support professionals work together every day to create an atmosphere where individuals can thrive individually and as a collective home.
Ask us about some of our daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly activities. It depends on the individuals’ and the home’s interests, but some of our favorites include shopping, group errands, wellness groups, movies, occasional Twins games, boat rides, and camping trips.
